Warranty obligations
The ONU subscriber terminal supplier guarantees the proper operation and performance of the product for a 1-year warranty period starting from the connection date. During this time, if any equipment defects are found, the terminal can be replaced with a new one free of charge, provided that operating conditions have been met and no mechanical, physical, or electrical damage is present. In this case, only the technician's visit fee for equipment replacement (300 UAH) is charged.
If any equipment issues occur after the warranty period expires, the customer will be required to pay both the technician's visit fee (300 UAH) and the full cost of the new equipment (500 UAH) for the replacement.
